Where are the candles?

Yesterday Karl Stagno Navarra, our very own Comical Ali, made a plea for sympathy for the wrong man altogether. It’s incredible how capable tyrants can be of utterly misjudging the public mood. He asked his viewers to spare a thought for poor Joseph Muscat, he who has to resign after perpetrating the worst cover up in Maltese history, if not worse.

Karl Stagno Navarra asked people to light a candle for Joseph Muscat and put it in their window. Here’s the clip.

• Did you actually see any candles in windows last night?
• No. But it could be Owen Bonnici had already swept them all away.
