The prime minister’s wife, Lydia Abela, describes herself as a “Politician” on her Facebook page. In a democracy politicians get their jobs by election, appointment or employment, not by marriage. But there it is.
She put this post up on Facebook saying that her political work (what work?) is based on a commitment to be a voice for the silent and to come up with solutions to improve people’s lives.
Her brother in law is not impressed. He wrote a comment on Lydia Abela’s Facebook page complaining that a drainage cesspit has been overflowing into the property he shares with the prime minister’s sister in law but his complaints have been ignored.
Smells good.
