Surprisingly and exceptionally the office of the Prime Minister has decided to answer questions from an international press organisation. It hasn’t done so for months now even telling some journalists they would consider answering their questions if those did not include any reference to Daphne Caruana Galizia.
Of course, it’s all the formalistic lip service from the script the prime minister read from when he told Christiane Amanpour the killing of Daphne Caruana Galizia was a bad thing even as he smiled.
Here’s a copy of AFP’s story published here on India’s Dawn even as it is published all over the world.
