12:49 Adds Jean Pierre Debono’s letter
In a brief Net News post, the PN announced Jean Pierre Debono told Adrian Delia he will “not accept the Parliamentary seat that was assigned to him in a democratic process within the structures of the PN”.
Net News said they would provide further information at a later stage.
