Matthew, Andrew and Paul Caruana Galizia and their father Peter filed a letter in the Constitutional Court protesting the Planning Authority’s order to remove a banner put up in Old Bakery Street asking uncomfortable questions to the prime minister.

The order crushes freedom of expression and they asked the Planning Authority to withdraw it.

More efficient than you ever thought the Planning Authority could ever be this morning the banner was down.

The official letter at the Constitutional Court was signed by lawyers Therese Comodini Cachia, Jason Azzopardi and Eve Borg Costanzi.
