This one was going in the joke picture collection. But it shouldn’t be funny.

The only possible interpretation of this Facebook post is that Ms Magro got a free TV from government Minister Michael Farrugia and she’s expressing public gratitude for the gift. It is not an enormous leap of faith to think that now Josephine Magro will vote for Michael Farrugia at Saturday’s ballot.

If that’s her house, the gift of a TV can’t amount to charity. It’s a freebie, a bribe in exchange of a vote.

This isn’t tacky like that chandelier. This is a crime.
