Kris Bajada is being chased for payments of over €110,000 for luxury cars he purchased from car dealer J. Zammit Limited a company owned by James Zammit who owns Raymond Auto Dealer of Żebbuġ.

Kris Bajada published photographs of himself in the Mercedes SL350, one of the luxury cars he procured from Raymond Auto Dealer and is alleged not to have paid. He also owes large sums on a Mercedes E350.

Kris Bajada achieved widespread notoriety when Daphne Caruana Galizia wrote about how he was defending and expressing support for Adrian Delia during his campaign to take over the leadership of the PN in 2017.

Daphne Caruana Galizia reported that “Kris Bajada — real name, Eucharist, son of the other Eucharist who owns the flats in the London prostitution racket that has featured so prominently in (Daphne Caruana Galizia’s reporting of Adrian Delia’s campaign) – is defending him all over social media, rooting for him, and trying to get him elected leader of the Nationalist Party.”

Daphne Caruana Galizia reported that Kris Bajada wanted Adrian Delia elected opposition leader, possibly as prime minister as he “has got a tonne of stuff on him, including documentary evidence, and who knows exactly what was going on in that racket. He’s the one who introduced Adrian Delia to his prostitution-racket father in the first place”.

J. Zammit Limited filed an application in court to have the amounts due recovered.
